Meritxell Pérez

Founder of HotelsDot

Backed by more than fifteen years of experience in the hotel sector, she is an expert in sales and applying yield and revenue management strategies. Her extensive professional experience has included working with Catalonia Hoteles, CityPark Hoteles and Eurostars-Hotusa among other prestigious hotel chains.

In 2006, she founded HotelsDot, the first Spanish company to specialise in revenue management strategy and applications which now has a team of more than 10 professionals and over 70 clients. The revenue and profits of more than 100 establishments have passed through her hands.

She teaches various courses and gives talks on revenue management, including co-development of the postgraduate degree in revenue management at EUDHT (UAB-Bellaterra) and the HotelsDot online professional revenue management course.

Sònia Molina

CEO of HotelsDot

She has gained valuable experience at large hotel chains like Marriott and NH Hotels, where she worked as Regional Revenue Manager for Catalonia and Aragon for more than 5 years. She joined the company in 2007 and her brilliant contributions and experience led her to be named HotelsDot Director of Revenue in 2010, monitoring and supporting our revenue managers and our clients’ sales.

The revenue and profits of more than 100 establishments have passed through her hands.

She teaches various courses and gives talks on revenue management, including co-development of the postgraduate degree in revenue management at EUDHT (UAB-Bellaterra) and the HotelsDot online professional revenue management course.

Sònia Barberán

Revenue Director

Eight years of experience as Market Manager for Spain at the Hotusa booking centre have made her an expert in the complex Spanish market.

Sonia has handled revenue management for our clients since 2007 and great results won her the position of HotelsDot Deputy director of Revenue in 2015, under Sonia Molina, monitoring and supporting our revenue managers and our clients’ sales.

She also teaches classes on sales and revenue at INEDE in Valencia. The revenue and profits of more than 70 establishments have passed through her hands.

Patricia Jiménez

Revenue Director

More than 19 years dedicated exclusively to the tourism sector and, specifically, to the hotel industry, make Patricia an expert in the hospitality sector. Patricia, who came to Revenue Management after holding various management positions in various hotels and hotel chains, started working as a Revenue Manager 10 years ago, when she realized the long road that had to be traveled in the professional management of income and hotel marketing.
At that moment, he decided to take the specialization course in MR at the UAB taught by HotelsDot, thus giving rise to the opportunity to give a professional turn to his career and leave the front office to work in the company in the year 2013.

During this time as revenue manager, he has managed hotels in more than 10 destinations and all kinds of establishments.
